Andalus began with a visit to the Alhambra in Granada.
What was meant to be a simple tourist trip took an unexpected turn when a wrong turn led us into the endless olive groves of Jaén, the heartland of Spanish olive oil production.
Surrounded by rolling hills covered with olive trees, we discovered a region where generations of families have dedicated their lives to producing exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
Inspired by the quality, tradition and passion we encountered, Andalus was created to bring authentic Spanish extra virgin olive oil directly from family groves in Jaén to customers in the United Kingdom.
Today, every bottle reflects that discovery — single estate sourcing, early harvest olives, traditional expertise and a commitment to quality from grove to bottle.
Why a Olive oil Harvested in November?
We harvest our olives early in the season, while they are still green. Early harvesting produces a fresher, more vibrant olive oil with a distinctive peppery finish and naturally high levels of beneficial polyphenols.
